Marcus Robertson named Smart Business Dealmaker 2026 Rising Star

Marcus is an Associate in the Business Department at McDonald Hopkins and focuses his practice in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group.  He represents clients across a wide range of industries in complex corporate and transactional matters, guiding them through every stage of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other commercial transactions.

Marcus also regularly advises clients on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, entity formation, and various contractual matters, offering innovative solutions to help achieve their business objectives.
